Delivery
All goods are delivered in a refrigerated and licensed vehicle. We require full payment before delivery, please see below for our delivery schedule for your area and when the order needs to be in by.
Payments – All transactions are processed manually by us after weighing your order (generallly the day before delivery) so you are charged and receive exactly what you ordered. This also gives you the option to add to your order or change your order by giving us a call. The invoice produced by the website is a rough guide to the price of what you have purchased. Every piece of meat is a different weight and when we weigh your order we attach an itemized receipt to your invoice for you so that you can see clearly what the charges are and the weights of all items.
Our Website is a small arm of our business as we are a dedicated BBQ specialty retail outlet open 7 days a week excluding public holidays. We keep everyone informed via our large social media on Facebook (Kellys Meats page and also the Victorian BBQ Alliance page) of whats new and available. We carry a lot of products that are in limited supply, some will not make it to the website however you may put in the comments or give us a call and we can add this to your order.
We will send a text message when on our way on the day of delivery generally within 30 minutes of arrival and also send a text message once delivered if no one is home or it is outside of the hours of 4am to 7am.
If delivery is between 4am and 7am we will not ring the doorbell unless it’s specified in the comments section at check out. Only the text message will be sent so we do not wake you up, any time after this when delivery occurs and no one is home on the time of arrival, a courtesy text message will be made to notify you the meat shall be left on the door step at which stage Kelly’s Meats takes no responsibility for the package. (please ensure your correct phone number is listed on your account)
If the order being placed is for delivery to a workplace please let us know the hours that someone will be at the workplace in the comments section at check out. Please leave a cooler at the front door for home deliveries the night before delivery and we will happily place it in there.
